We all hope for as mild a winter as possible but here in New England, as you know, anything goes! As adaptable as we try to be, sometimes it catches us all by surprise. We would like to remind you, “WHEN IN DOUBT, BRING IT OUT...”
As inconvenient as it may be, if your driveway is covered with snow and/or ice, and our driver deems it unsafe, you will unfortunately miss pickup that week (unless you bring your cart to the curb).
This is a necessary safety precaution for our customers, our drivers, and the trucks. So please bring your garbage receptacle to the road if your driveway is not properly cleared. This will provide you uninterrupted service. Likewise, if you would please make sure your cart is clear of snow and is accessible, we would greatly appreciate it!
